Welcome to Lucilius Interim!
I’m excited to announce, today, the launch of my interim management practice Lucilius Interim.
Building on more than 20 years of increasingly senior Financial management experience, I work as interim CFO, interim Head of Finance & Admin or in similar roles and will be leading restructuring exercises and major projects and programs.
My focus is on three connected domains: Financial Leadership, Restructuring and Finance Upgrade & Transformation. Addressed individually or – better yet – jointly, they can help to secure and increase the financial return of any business:
- Financial Leadership. I support Finance functions in their efforts to maximize opportunity and optimize risk by making business decisions fact-based and data-driven. This includes the punctual provision of meaningful financials to inside and outside stakeholders.
- I lead Restructuring efforts aimed at reducing cost and/or raising the effectiveness of a business or support function. This includes the prevention of post-project yo-yo effects
- Financial Upgrade & Transformation. I guide all efforts directed at improving the way a Finance function works, either selectively or on a holistic basis, i.e. by reviewing and fundamentally re-working processes, roles, systems and KPIs as a whole.
