Food oder Healthcare, oder auf spezifische Themen, wie etwa Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement, konzentrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Restrukturierung steht derzeit nat\u00fcrlich sehr im Fokus. Ich pers\u00f6nlich hoffe, dass ich zur Aufarbeitung des Schrittes beitragen kann, der dann folgen muss: Wie gelangt man am besten aus der Restrukturierung heraus in die Gesundung? Wenn ein Team seine ganze Energie und Entschlossenheit auf Kostensenkung und Personalabbau konzentrieren musste, wie f\u00fchrt man dasselbe Team dann dazu, wieder auf Angriff zu spielen: Wachstum anzustreben und Chancen zu suchen?
