Und viele Controller oder Controllerinnen, die zum ersten Mal vor der Aufgabe stehen zu erkl\u00e4ren, warum - anders als die Produktionsleitung sagt - ein bestimmter Automatisierungsschritt nicht nur finanziell Sinn ergibt, sondern auch Vorteile in der Fertigungshalle bringt, f\u00fchlen sich f\u00fcr diese Rolle nicht ger\u00fcstet.<\/p>\n<p>Einer der drei Pfeiler meiner Arbeit besteht darin, Controlling-Teams in der Entwicklung einer wirksamen, offensiveren F\u00fchrungsrolle zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die angeh\u00e4ngten Charts vermitteln einen Eindruck, worauf es dabei ankommt und wie sich Finanzielle F\u00fchrung in der Praxis anf\u00fchlt.
