Prolimity ist eine Turn-around-Beratung und Private Equity-Haus, das 2008 von Peter Mauritz und Christoph Fluhr gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Prolimity hat sich auf kleine bis mittelgro\u00dfe Unternehmen spezialisiert und eine ganze Reihe von Gesch\u00e4ften als Eigent\u00fcmer, GF, Berater oder Turn-around Manager aus einer Schieflage zur Gesundung gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>In der Arbeit mit Prolimity beabsichtige ich, meine Restrukturierungs-Erfahrungen aus der Linie im PE-Umfeld auszubauen, und werde meinerseits das Team zuk\u00fcnftig als assoziierter Partner mit Analyse-, Bewertungs- und Interim-Management-Kapazit\u00e4t unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr viele Branchen wird Restrukturierung ein Leitmotiv der n\u00e4chsten Zeit sein.
